Project management
Change without disruption.
Most outages aren't attacks; they're changes that went wrong. Every migration, cutover, network refresh and new service we deliver is run as a project: scoped in writing, led by certified project managers, executed in agreed windows with a tested rollback, and communicated so nobody in the business is surprised.
How we run projects
Six rules, every project
Scoped before it starts
A written scope, success criteria, dependencies and risks, signed off before a single change is made. Precise scoping is what keeps projects on budget.
Change control
Every change has an owner, a window, a test plan and a rollback. Nothing goes in on a Friday afternoon, and nothing goes in untested.
Cutovers rehearsed
Migrations and cutovers are dry-run first. The real one happens in a maintenance window your business chose, with the old system still there until the new one is proven.
Documentation that survives the project
As-built diagrams, configurations, runbooks and handover sessions, so your team and ours can support what was delivered.
Clear communication
A single plan, a single point of contact, status updates on a schedule, and plain-language notices to staff before anything changes for them.
Measured outcome
Each project closes against the success criteria it opened with, including the one that matters most: zero unplanned outages.
What we deliver this way
Projects we run
- Cloud and Microsoft 365 migrations
- Network and firewall refreshes
- SD-WAN and connectivity cutovers
- Office moves and new sites
- Security programme rollouts (MFA, EDR, email security)
- Wi-Fi and CCTV deployments
Have a change coming that can't go wrong?
Tell us what's changing and when. We'll scope it, plan the cutover and own the outcome.
